The Beaver Creek Community Plan committee is responsible for the review and update of the Beaver Creek Plan of 1992 and writing of the VISION 2020 plan for the community by involving area residents in Community Surveys, Visioning Workshops and through the collection of related data.

The title of the Legacy Project is Echoes from the Verde Confluence, capture the rich history of the area once known as Lower Verde through the process of digital storytelling. Digital stories are typically short vignettes, composed of narration and voice-over, combined with video footage, still photographs, and graphics.
